The Pool Manager at our esteemed country club oversees all aspects of the pool operations, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for members and guests. Staff Management: - Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise, pool attendants and other support staff. - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide updates, and address any concerns. 2. Pool Operations: - Enforce pool rules and regulations to promote safety and prevent accidents. - Monitor pool water quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. - Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance issues promptly. - Oversee pool opening and closing procedures, including proper storage of equipment and securing the facility. 3. Member Relations: - Act as the primary point of contact for members regarding pool-related inquiries, feedback, and concerns. - Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times, fostering a positive atmosphere for members and guests. - Organize and oversee special events, swim meets, and other activities at the pool. 4. Financial Management: - Monitor expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility. - Implement strategies to maximize revenue through pool memberships, guest fees, and concessions. - Keep accurate records of pool usage, membership information, and financial transactions.
